1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

• "wd138", "we", "us", or "the Platform" — refers to wd138 and the online betting service available at https://wd138.cam.
• "Player" or "you" — refers to any individual who registers a player account on wd138 and/or uses any feature of the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered personal account opened by a Player on wd138.
• "Funds" — any balance of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) held within a Player's wd138 Account.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free-bet offer, cashback, or reward issued by wd138 to eligible Players.
• "Applicable Law" — all laws, regulations, and directives that apply to the Platform's operations in the jurisdiction from which the Player accesses wd138.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to wd138 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be a natural person at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia, accessing the Platform from within Indonesia, or from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited under Applicable Law.
• You must not be a professionally excluded or self-excluded player under any existing exclusion arrangement with wd138 or any affiliated program.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or placing bets on wd138 under any circumstances.

wd138 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where the minimum age condition is found to have been misrepresented will be permanently closed, and any Funds therein may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

To open an Account on wd138, you must submit accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. You are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address and Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Your date of birth and residential address in Indonesia.
• Your preferred payment method (bank account or e-wallet) registered in your own name.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on wd138. Creating duplicate, shared, or proxy accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.

Before processing your first withdrawal, wd138 will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification review. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card (KTP), proof of address, and evidence of ownership of your nominated payment method. wd138 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC requirements are fully satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on wd138 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits may be made using any of the supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at checkout and may vary by method.

Deposits are credited to your Account as soon as they are confirmed. Local bank transfers typically clear within 5–30 minutes during banking hours (WIB). During peak periods or system maintenance, processing may take longer. wd138 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment networks.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, in the same account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

wd138 targets withdrawal processing within 1–12 hours from the time of request approval (WIB). Processing may be delayed during Indonesian public holidays, bank system outages, or where additional security or KYC checks are required. wd138 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence reviews before processing large withdrawal amounts.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in IDR. wd138 does not accept or disburse any foreign currency. Any conversion costs incurred by a Player's bank are the Player's own responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

wd138 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns. By opting in to any bonus or accepting any promotional credit, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Standard bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must typically be wagered between 10x and 40x before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier is stated in each offer's detail page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated validity window (commonly 7–30 days) will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sportsbook markets may contribute 10%–50%. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual offer terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer.
• Abuse: wd138 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of platform errors is identified.

wd138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, particularly during Indonesian public holidays, Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and ot her seasonal promotions, where terms may be updated to reflect campaign changes.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

wd138 offers sports betting (including football/bandar bola — the popular Indonesian term for sports bookmaking, live casino, slots, and togel) across a wide range of markets. The following rules apply to all products:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the wd138 system and a confirmation reference is issued. Verbal or unconfirmed instructions do not constitute valid bets.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market. These limits are displayed at the bet-placement screen and may change based on the event, market liquidity, or Player account tier.
• Void Bets: wd138 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, suspended, or where odds were published in error. Void bets are refunded to the Player's Account.
• Live Betting: In-play odds are subject to rapid change. wd138 does not guarantee that odds displayed at the time of bet initiation will be the odds at which a bet is ultimately accepted. Acceptance is at wd138's discretion.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the full payout to apply. Partial wins are governed by each leg's applicable void or push rules.
• Result Disputes: Official results are determined by the relevant governing body (FIFA, BRI Liga 1, the national badminton federation, etc.). wd138 will not overturn results on the basis of disputes with third-party data sources unless a material error is confirmed.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

wd138 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. As a Player, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling carries inherent financial risk and is intended solely as a form of entertainment.
• You will set and respect personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits where these tools are available within your Account settings.
• You will contact wd138 support immediately if you believe you or someone close to you may be experiencing gambling-related harm.
• Self-exclusion options are available upon written request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly forbidden on wd138 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to launder money or use wd138 as a conduit for illicit financial transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, agents, or employees of wd138 to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing bugs, or system faults — any winnings generated from a known or suspected error are void and will be reversed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wd138 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of wd138 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wd138 content without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, wd138's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wd138 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, banking system failures, or Indonesian national events such as Nyepi (when Balinese internet blackouts may occur).
• Delays or failures attributable to third-party payment processors, including local Indonesian banks and e-wallet providers.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

wd138 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described therein. wd138 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

wd138 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Continued use of wd138 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

wd138 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close any Account where:

• A Player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior is detected.
• A regulatory or law-enforcement directive requires account action.
• A Player requests voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, any outstanding Bonus Funds are forfeited. Real-money Funds (less any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any ongoing KYC or fraud review.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by wd138's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact wd138's support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. wd138 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participation in class-action proceedings.
